Happy Chinese New Year! It's a new year and time for reunion. Time to be busy decorating the house, preparing lotsa cookies and of course, time for continuous eating...

I love butter cookies and kok cai! but my butter cookies were a flop! the dough is still in my fridge though. Any takers?

visited my grandma today. yea! she recognizes me but was asleep most of the time i was there. had time to catch up with 6th aunty. was filling me in with the gossips etc. am sad to see grandma in this state. so many children but no use. some seem to have forgotten about her. good that she's living till such old age but not good that her life has no quality now. but she's fortunate to have such filial daughter in law looking after her. I wonder if I'll be as fortunate as her...

This new year is quiet - with my parents/Yin gg to Egypt on 3rd day early morning, szun & family gg to HK. aunty diana/kids gg back KL etc. Not many turned up on 2nd day open house too. Unc Robbie and family came like tradition. played mahjong and black jack. Blurrr uncle donated $$$ as usual. He he!

gtg now, hopefully no jam @ the 2nd link. gotta prepare the stuff for 2mr's open house.

sua ku take the bus

today 2 sua kus took the bus... er.. 1 sua ku and 1 little sua ku took the bus from KSC back home. had to xfer bus. ran coz thot the bus was coming...heaved! pant! out of breath! and discovered the bus wasnt ours!! he he! i meant wasnt the bus which we intended to board! of course it wasnt ours, it's sbs's...the end!!!!
